Safety and cleanliness:

Providing a safe and clean environment has always been of utmost importance at Telang Usan Hotel. By implementing enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols in response to the COVID-19 situation, we remain committed to keep our premises safe and clean — for our guests and colleagues alike.

COVID-19 Vaccination:

All our staff have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including a booster shot.

Face mask requirement:

Following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) laid out by the Malaysian government, wearing face masks is strictly required in all public areas of the hotel. This measure is necessary to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to keep guests and colleagues safe.

Hand Sanitizers & Body Temperature Checks:

Devices for checking the body temperature are available at the entrances to the hotel and hand sanitizers are provided in the public areas of the hotel for our guest’s convenience.

Flexible Cancellation Policy:

Travel planning in times of COVID-19 can be challenging and afflicted with uncertainties. In response, the management of Telang Usan Hotel has adjusted the cancellation policies to allow more flexibility. Bookings and reservations can be amended or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Please note that amendments to existing bookings will be subject to availability at the time that changes are requested.

Reservations made under special promotional rates, may be excluded from this policy and subject to the cancellation or refund policy disclosed at the time of booking. When making reservations, guests are always encouraged to review the terms & conditions, which show the cancellation and deposit policies.
